Temporary generators and fuel tanks provide power for mindful movement celebration, Wanderlust at London’s Victoria Park
Powerhire were proud to be invited by Innovation Power to partner with them in providing temporary generators and fuel tanks for London’s first ever mindfulness triathlon taking place at the beautiful Victoria Park in East London.
Due to our continued and growing relationship with Innovation Power, we were delighted in working with them once again to supply temporary power for this incredible experience that focusses on how healthy, balanced and mentally strong you are.
With proven benefits including anxiety reduction and improved cognition, this full day celebration in support of the mindful movement includes a 5k run or walk, DJ powered yoga flow class and 30 minutes of soul reviving meditation led by world-renowned spiritual leaders. “Wanderlust is about the journey itself not how fast you get there” – Sean Hoess, CoCEO Wanderlust
Being a new event for Powerhire, the provision of the temporary generator power was discussed at length with the Innovation Power team in advance. Powerhire allocated 11 of their most efficient event spec temporary generators ranging from 30kVA to 300kVA along with 9 x 1000 & 2000 litre fuel tanks to work in combination with the specified power loads at desired locations.
As with each new project, all generators and fuel tanks were cleaned and serviced by our team of dedicated service engineers and on the specified day delivered from our Dover depot along with the necessary rental cable to the East London, connected up ready for the fun to begin.
After a successful day of captivating a community of people for a unified purpose – personal wellbeing – this unique, awe inspiring festival came to a close with many people leaving being reminded to slow down, be grateful and most importantly, do more yoga!
To the satisfaction of the client, all the temporary equipment provided for the celebrations ran as expected – with efficiency and functionality. Once the celebrations were over, our service engineers arrived on site to disconnect the equipment, load and return to our Dover offices, ready for cleaning and servicing and on to the next event.
