JOB TITLE: Sales Support – Rental Projects
DIVISION: Rental Department
LOCATION: Tilmanstone Office – UK
REPORTABLE TO: Powerhire Director
HOURS: 40 hours Monday to Friday
Job Description:
The Sales Support role ensures smooth operations within the Rental Projects team through efficient organization, customer interaction, and administrative support.
- Customer & Communication:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor greetings, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. - Sales Administration:
Maintain prospect trackers, update CRM with customer data, and prepare quotes. Follow up on purchase orders and account applications. - Meeting & Document Prep:
Organize meetings, take minutes, prepare documents, and compile customer contact lists. - Data & Reporting:
Generate reports, maintain fuel and service sheets, and assist with credit account forms. - General Support:
Address minor IT issues, organize transport logistics, manage filing, and handle post office trips.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Team-oriented with strong initiative
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in using of Customer Management Systems (CRM)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Insphire – our Hire Equipment System (preferred)
Remuneration:
Salary is negotiable depending on the experience of the applicant
